Massage
Swedish Massage - The main purpose of Swedish Massage is to increase oxygen flow in the blood, and release toxins from the muscles. It reduces both physical and mental stress, while stimulating the skin and nervous system at the same time. Primary strokes include effleurage, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, and vibration with light to medium pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage - A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Deep tissue Massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes, and more direct deep pressure on the muscles. Deep tissue massage focuses on more specific areas.
Aromatherapy Massage - A full body relaxing massage to restore the balance of body and mind. Essential oils are custom blended based on the needs of the client, and applied with gentle strokes throughout the body.
Chair Massage - Feel the benefits of massage without having to disrobe. Clients sit forward in a massage chair fully clothed while the therapist massages the back, neck, arms, hands, and legs. It is a great way to relieve back and neck tension on the job.
Foot Reflexology - Your feet have thousands of nerve endings that correlate to different body parts. Foot Reflexology can reduce pain and stress, rejuvinate tired feet, improve blood flow, and reset the body's homeostatis, among other benefits. Pressure is applied to the feet using specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. Stretch and movement techniques are used to relax the feet, and massage tools may be used. Generally no oils or creams are used in reflexology.
Spa Treatments
Back Treatment
Unwind to a stress relieving back treatment designed to cleanse and revitalize dull skin and stimulate the lymphatic system. Your back will be cleansed and exfoliated, followed by a relaxing mud treatment. A moisturizing blend of massage oils will be applied in a 30 minute back and neck massage to relax and protect your back. Total treatment time is 1 hour.
Body Scrubs
Choose from a salt scrub, sugar scrub, rice scrub, or a coffee scrub.
Body Wraps
Choose from a Dead Sea mud wrap, clay body wrap, seaweed body wrap, or a chocolate body wrap.
